We have to trust the choice to pay a concessionary place to your discretion as the applicant. Please note that Ffynnon PPD is a charity offering low cost events and that with our concessionary rate we want to encourage people to come who are on low household incomes.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund less £15 administration charge.  Regrettably, cancellation requests after this time cannot be refunded although substitute delegates are acceptable providing we receive a minimum of 24 hours notice.
